Unknown Watchmakers' Lathe No. 95
Resident in England - and surviving with a number of original accessories - this is a most unusual example of a watchmaker's lathe. Almost every aspect has the chance of being unique - the cone-like bed foot, the frankly odd double pulley on the headstock with strange-looking covers at each side, the faceplate on an extended shaft and the draw-in collet with what appears to be three raised ribs along its tapered end.
