Unknown Lathes Home Page
Resident in Germany, this little lathe looks to be of the lighter "Geneva" type with a round bed with a flat section - presumably - at the rear. While most lathe of this pattern have a slender, well-proportioned and polished headstock, this example is quite different - the heavily-built headstock resembling the type found on the heavier WW (Webster Whitcombe) models.
Surprisingly, in view of the enormously long tailstock, the designer found room to include a proper compound slide-rest assembly.
