For Sale: A superb late-model Cincinnati Toolmaster universal milling machine type. Far stronger than a Bridgeport, this is final, most highly-developed type made during the 1970s and 1980s. Table 47" x 12", longitudinal travel 30 inches, across 12 inches and vertically 17 inches with three-axis power feeds by variable-speed motors and a very useful powered quill for boring and tapping. The miller was dry stored from 1987 to 2009 when it was fitted with new main power supply wiring and a 3 phase plug.
It has a 3 axis DRO - but only the X and Y scales are presently connected as a decision could not be made if the Z scale should be run on the knee or quill.
Used since around once per month on light machining work for motorsport engines and the is so good it that it would make an ideal candidate for a CNC conversion, The miller is available to be viewed, working and tested.
